Terms for Hosts

These terms apply to property hosts listing on Residence Triantafillidis. By creating a listing you agree to the following.

Charity donation

Listing requires an annual donation of €20 to Mykonos Animal Welfare via https://mykonosanimals.org. This is a charitable gift — not a payment to the directory operator. Donations are handled entirely on the charity's website and Stripe account.

Listing courtesy

Appearance in the directory is a courtesy extended to donors. It does not guarantee bookings, placement order, or permanent inclusion. Listings may be removed if content is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.

Approval

All listings are reviewed before publication. We verify that submissions relate to apartments in Residence Triantafillidis. We may reject or suspend listings at our discretion.

Your content

You confirm you have rights to use photos and descriptions you submit. You grant permission to display this material on the directory for the duration of your active donation period.

Renewal

Donations renew annually. If a donation lapses, your listing is hidden until the donation is active again and the listing is re-approved if required.
